2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We strive to provide useful and relevant content, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, plans, venue suggestions, or user-generated content displayed through the Service.

Venue suggestions and place information are sourced from Google Maps Platform (Places API) and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not independently verify venue data, hours of operation, pricing, or availability.
AI-generated plan recommendations are based on aggregated, anonymized session data and are provided as suggestions only. They may not reflect current conditions, your personal preferences, or real-world availability.
User-generated content (messages, plan submissions, status updates) is created by other users of the Service and does not reflect our views or verified facts.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps Platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data provided by third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Any reliance you place on venue data, map information, or other third-party content is strictly at your own risk.

4. User-Generated Content

The Service enables users to share plans, messages, and status information with other users. We do not monitor, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or safety of user-generated content. You acknowledge that:

Other users’ plans, suggestions, or messages may be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information you receive from other users before acting on it.
Meeting or interacting with other users in person carries inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety when acting on plans or arrangements made through the Service.

5. No Liability for Real-World Events

The Service facilitates social coordination, but we have no control over whether planned events actually occur, whether venues are available, or what happens when users meet in person. We are not responsible for:

Cancelled, changed, or failed plans
The conduct or actions of other users
Venue closures, changes in hours, or other real-world conditions
